Simple stretches for desk work

Desk-friendly stretches include neck rotations, shoulder rolls, wrist flexor/extensor stretches, chest openers, seated twists, and hip flexor stretches done briefly every hour to reduce stiffness.

Upper Body

Wrists/Hands

Flexor/extensor stretches; shake out hands gently.

Seated twists, hip flexor stretch, and quick stand/walk breaks.
