Set SPF and DKIM
Publish SPF with authorized senders; enable DKIM signing on your mail service.
Create DMARC record
Start with p=none, include rua/ruf addresses for reports, and a reasonable alignment.
Monitor reports

Enforce gradually
Move to quarantine then reject once authorized sources are clean.
